The Seal Beach Tennis Center Clubhouse is available for rental for non-profit activities, private parties, corporate trainings and much more.
Our Clubhouse is over 1,000 square feet and can accommodate approximately 120 people for an assembly, or 60 for dining.
The Clubhouse includes a kitchen, adjacent patio areas, large screen television, ice machine, 48" round tables (8), indoor chairs (40) and outdoor patio chairs (16). Renters may bring in additional tables and chairs if needed.
Hourly rental rates vary, depending on the type of group and activity. Renters must provide required insurance and pay for any additional staff cost, if necessary. The fee table is included in the Rental Information Packet.
The sale of alcohol is not permitted, however beer and wine may be served. If serving alcohol, pre-authorization and fees apply.
